Nobody should have to negotiate their way out of a subscription, least of all quietly. This is written so that leaving is as unremarkable an act as arriving.
Section 01The opening fortnight
If this is not what you hoped for, say so inside a fortnight of that opening charge and the month is returned whole. No form to fill in, no discussion of why, and no expectation that any of it was used. What was purchased is a standing arrangement against a rotten day. Stop wanting the arrangement and the charge ought to stop with it.
Section 02Afterwards
Go when it suits you. Renewal is the thing that halts: the month already purchased is still yours, and everything carries on until that month expires rather than dying the second somebody clicks. Part months are not carved up, save for two cases that need no debate:
- Wherever a statute entitles you to have money returned.
- Wherever the charge was ours to get wrong: a miscounted quantity, an invoice sent twice, or a line you closed that renewed anyway. Returned whole.
Section 03What refunding removes
A refunded subscription is a closed one, and the cover it bought closes with it. On the backup lines, whatever sits beneath a closed subscription is cleared on the vendor teardown timetable. If a vault still holds something you want, take it out before you go, or say so and that single line stays alive for as long as retrieving it takes.
Section 04Asking for one
Write to care@celebritycloudservices.com from the account address, quoting whichever number appears on the receipt. Money returns along the route it arrived by, usually surfacing inside a week or two at whatever pace your bank keeps.
