Fortify 24x7 owns this brand and stands on the other side of this agreement. Buying anything here, or making use of it afterwards, is how you signal that the following suits you.
Section 01What is being sold
Managed protection services, taken line by line, delivered by Fortify 24x7 across enterprise security and backup platforms. The families are device and Apple management, handset protection, detection and response, application allowlisting, mail defence with awareness training, sensitive document discovery and encryption, and protected copies of machines and cloud accounts.
What a line covers is written on its service note, and that note is the measure of what we owe you. Where a note gives a figure, such as a retention period or a storage allowance, that figure governs.
Section 02Money
Each line carries a published rate, taken every month and up front, counted against the unit named when you chose it: a handset, a mailbox, a machine, a person, a tenant, or one set of company books. Stripe collects it. What reaches your bank is the phrase FORTIFY 24X7.
Renewal repeats monthly, unaided, until somebody halts it. Should a quantity move, the difference lands on the invoice after this one, and the settled one is not reopened.
Section 03Leaving
Leave at whatever moment suits you, either through your billing portal or by asking somebody here. The thing that ends is the renewal. Whatever has been paid for stays switched on until its period runs out, then lapses. Whether money returns is answered by our refund policy.
Section 04Your material, and your privacy
Whatever we keep for you is sealed under 256 bit AES at rest, guarded in flight, and parked on infrastructure separate from the thing it covers. It stays yours. Our staff go into it in three situations only: the work requires it, you asked for it, or a court has removed the choice.
We will not publish, confirm or trade upon the identity of anyone who buys here, and your name, likeness or association with this company will not appear in any material we produce. The privacy policy sets out how that is practised rather than merely stated.
Section 05What is asked of you
- Putting on the agents we issue, or accepting the enrolment and authorisation links, so that the services can do anything at all.
- Keeping a working payment method on file, and keeping the account address one that somebody reads. Alerts and sign in links arrive there.
- Telling us who may act on the account, and telling us when that changes. Staff around a household move on, and an instruction from somebody who left in the spring is a problem we would rather not have to notice on our own.
- Making sure the lines you took match the things you meant to cover. Quantities are billed as chosen, and nothing outside the list can be protected by us.
Section 06How well it works, and what we owe if it does not
Our standard is what a capable provider in this trade would bring to the same job. Some of the machinery is not ours to steer: the line into the building, whether a covered system is switched on, and how much the platforms we sit upon choose to reveal. Where a cap is lawful, the most this company can owe against one claim is the total taken over the three (3) months leading up to it, and losses of the indirect or consequential kind fall outside what is accepted here.
Section 07Amending this document
This document can be revised. Anything of substance is mailed to you a clear month or more before it begins to bite, and carrying on with the service past that point is how agreement is given.
